The brilliance of this book can be summed up in one of its best lines: "When we stop competing against each other and start cooperating, we strengthen the community to which each of us belongs." What else needs to be said? A peaceful world needs to be a cooperative world - that's the simple fact. This book does a great job of driving that point home and illustrating how one can begin changing their me-focus to a we-focus.
